ELISHA MUDLY LCSW PSYCHOTHERAPY
Are you feeling stuck in the same thinking patterns? Second-guessing yourself and struggling to feel close to yourself and others? Relationships often bring up our deepest pain. And the ways we protect ourselves can make us feel more alone. My approach is experiential and grounded in the present moment. We’ll go beyond talking to focus on what you’re feeling in your body.
I specialize in relationship anxiety and conflict, interracial relationships, self-esteem, identity, sexuality and immigrant experiences. I have training in AEDP and draw from IFS (internal family systems), somatic practices and meditation.
Together, we will work to break free from those protective patterns and access deeper, core feelings, all the while moving closer to your most authentic, joyful self. Reach out for a free consult and we can begin this beautiful work together.
