She also spent a year performing and devising with Ubom Theatre Company in the Eastern Cape.

Elisha has performed nationally throughout South Africa and in regional and Off-Broadway productions in the United States. She holds U.S. citizenship and is legally authorized to work in the United States, South Africa, and India.

In addition to her performance career, Elisha earned her Master’s in Social Work from New York University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has provided individual and couples therapy at Downtown Somatic Therapy and served as a therapist and Clinical Coordinator of mental health services at the Ali Forney Center, a nonprofit supporting LGBTQ+ homeless youth.

When she’s not performing or working as a therapist, Elisha can be found swimming in the ocean, traveling, or doing silly bits and impressions—to the delight and occasional despair of her friends and family.
